Privacy Policy

Quick summary

AutoPrise AI software runs on your own machine. It does not phone home, it does not send your data to us, and it does not proxy your AI traffic. Your AI provider — currently Google Gemini, supplied by you via your own API key — is the only third party that ever sees your AI prompts.

The only personal data we collect is what you submit through the waitlist or contact form on this website (autopriseai.com): your email, optionally your name and message. We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, ad networks, or trackers.

Who we are

AutoPrise AI is operated by Sagar Kalra, an individual based in India ("we", "us", "our"). For privacy questions, write to hello@autopriseai.com.

What we collect

Through the waitlist form

  • The email address you submit
  • The IP address the request came from (used only for spam/abuse prevention)
  • Your browser's user-agent string (used only for spam/abuse prevention)
  • Timestamp of submission

Through the contact form

  • The name, email, and message you submit
  • The IP and user-agent (same purpose as above)
  • Timestamp of submission

From general browsing

Our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) keeps standard server access logs — IP, request URL, timestamp, status code — under Google Cloud's standard short retention policy. These logs are not aggregated, profiled, or shared.

From the AutoPrise AI software (when installed)

The AutoPrise AI software, when you install it, runs entirely on your machine. It does not transmit usage data, prompts, files, or any other content to us by default. Optional opt-in telemetry may be added in a future version; if it is, it will be off by default and clearly disclosed.

How we use it

  • Waitlist email: to send a confirmation, then a single launch announcement when AutoPrise AI is publicly available to install. After launch, occasional product updates (target: no more than 4 emails/year). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Contact form submission: to read your message and reply.
  • IP and user-agent: spam and abuse detection. Not used for tracking, advertising, or profiling.

We do not sell your data, ever. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share with advertisers or data brokers.

Who we share with (data processors)

The website depends on a handful of third-party services. They process your data on our behalf, under contract:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting (Firebase Hosting) and database (Cloud Firestore, region asia-south2). Subject to Google's data processing terms.
  • SMTP2GO — outbound email delivery (waitlist confirmations, contact replies). Sender domain autopriseai.com verified via SPF + DKIM.
  • Hostinger — DNS for autopriseai.com and inbound mailbox at hello@autopriseai.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: ask what data we hold about you
  • Delete: ask us to remove your record. We delete within 7 days of a verified request.
  • Correct: fix anything inaccurate
  • Port: request a JSON export of your data
  • Object to specific processing
  • Withdraw consent by unsubscribing or asking us to delete you
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email hello@autopriseai.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

How long we keep your data

  • Waitlist record: until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after AutoPrise AI launches publicly — whichever comes first.
  • Contact form record: 24 months from receipt.
  • Server logs: 30 days.

International users

EU / UK (GDPR): our lawful basis is your consent (waitlist signup) or our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (contact form). You have the rights listed above plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

India (DPDP Act 2023): you have rights of access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and the right to nominate. Our grievance officer is the founder; contact via hello@autopriseai.com.

Children

AutoPrise AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a revised effective date at the top. Material changes will trigger an email to waitlist members.
